RN/MDS Coordinator – Full Time – The ideal candidate should be accurate, concise, detail-oriented and able to work cooperatively as a member of a team. Qualifications include State of Michigan RN License and CPR / AED certified. MDS experience and RAC training is a plus. Benefit package includes Health/Vision/Life/Disability & Dental Insurance, Retirement, PTO Accrual, Tuition Reimbursement. $5000 hire on bonus. Starting wage based on experience.

Housekeeping Aide – Pool position – This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented and takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting quality resident care.

Food Service Worker – Part Time – immediate opening. Ability to work well with others in a close environment, enjoy working with the elderly and perform a variety of tasks in accordance with current federal and state regulations. Kitchen experience is helpful but not required. Flexibility is a must. Benefits: life insurance, PTO accruals and tuition reimbursement programs. Sign-on bonus offered.

Charge Nurse – Full Time – 3rd shift position. Must be passionate about resident care and eager to grow in a skilled medical care setting. Leadership skills required. Exceptional candidate may advance to a supervisory role. Be a leader at Oakview!

RN’s & LPN’s – Full Time – 2nd & 3rd shifts – advancement opportunities.

CNA’s – Full Time – 2nd & 3rd shifts – must hold a current Michigan CNA Certificate.

Occupational Therapist – Pool / PRN
Occupational Therapist Assistant – Pool / PRN
Physical Therapist – Pool / PRN

RN and LPN Sign-on Bonus Program (persons who have previously been employed at Oakview in the last 18 months are not eligible)

RN’s – LPN’s Full-Time Employment – $5,000
1st Payment: $1,500 after completion of introductory period
2nd Payment: $1,500 after 7 months of employment
3rd Payment: $2,000 after 1 year of employment
RN’s – LPN’s Part-Time Employment$2,500  (Persons starting at 64 hours per pay period or less)
1st Payment: $750 after completion of introductory period
2nd Payment: $750 after 7 months of employment
3rd Payment: $1,000 after 1 year of employment
RN’s – LPN’s Pool Staff – $500
1-Time Payment: $500 after 7 months of employment

New hires moving from pool staff into a full-time or part-time position within the trial timeframe will be eligible for the bonus. The bonus will be adjusted at the next bonus scheduled payment.
